Well, it's a sad story that goes with these photos. The long distance (Her in Virginia, Me in Oregon) relationship I was in recently ended. It still hurts me. I still feel like I'm the only one in the world that has felt this much pain. I'm still convinced she is the love of my life.
But anyway....
Since I couldn't pick flowers for her, or hide handwritten notes for her, or even hold her hand when I wanted to (Pause for sobbing), I built up a LOT of pictures of everything. Me, the drive to and from work, what I was doing that day, you know, just wanting to share my life with her.
And on occasion, I would get an idea for something unique. One of a kind. Something for nobody else in the world but her, the love of my life.
I'm not a very creative or artistic person, but I really enjoyed taking the time to set everything up for these pictures. I did it with love. A whole fucking bunch of it.
Losing her hurts bad enough. I didn't want what are possibly the most creative ideas I've ever had to be lost too.
Thank you for sharing your emotions through your creative visual language. I really do appreciate it. I'm sorry that you lost your love. Please keep on expressing your pain through words and visual art. I will be checking up on you.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
